Shipping Policy
We do not accept COD orders.
We usually ship out the same day if orders are placed before 2:00 pm CST. If orders place after the deadline time, orders are shipped the next business day. Depending on the volumes, there will be times orders are shipped a few days later; this does not happen very often.

Billing/Shipping Address: Due to online fraud, the name and shipping address must match the billing address of the credit card used. The only exception is if you're a wholesale/dropship member.
You may request that your order ship to an address different from the billing address, but to process that request, we will need to send an email with a Credit Card Authorization Form attached to the email address on your order. This form says, "It is okay to use my card to ship to an address that is not my billing address," along with a photocopy ID that matches the name on the credit card. Once we receive your requested documents with all the correct information, your order will ship to the address you asked for; send copies back to myafricanfashions@outlook.com.
For International or Domestic cards that do not participate in the Address Verification System, we will also need this form and a copy of your ID to verify your address.
*PayPal Payments - When using PayPal as your payment method, please ensure your account is VERIFIED, and the shipping address used is CONFIRMED. Payments from unverified accounts and shipping unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted, and this may encounter delays with your shipment.
*Shipping Address - You must enter all the correct details for your shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers where they apply. UPS charges $16.40 (minimum) for an address correction. As wholesalers, our profit margins are too low to absorb these costs. Any charges for address corrections will be passed on to the customer if the address is incorrect.
Common mistakes are wrong zip codes, lack of road direction, lack of "Street," "Avenue," "Terrace," etc., after the street name, and absence of the apartment/suite/unit numbers associated with the address.
The shopping cart allows you to review your entire order, including the address, before you check out. Please take that time to ensure your details are correct.
*Shipping Overseas - We ship to most European & Asian countries and CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA. Shipping is via Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail with insurance, and transit time is approximately 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination country and service chosen. Various authorities may impose import duties or other charges in your country, and we have no control over this. Actual shipping costs and options for your specific order and destination will usually be calculated and emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order. You will have the opportunity to choose the shipping method or cancel the order at that time.
**Please note that you must be the legal cardholder of the credit/debit card you use, and we will only ship to the address your bank has on file for that card. Orders will not be shipped until we can verify this information.**
*Out of Stock/Back Orders - In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we email notice to the email address on file, informing you of the out-of-stock item. You have the choice to replace or refund. Refunds will be credited back to the payment option chosen during checkout.
